Applications developed or published by NJ App Development do not automatically collect, store, process, sell, rent, transmit, analyze, track, or share user data or personal information during normal application usage.

Our applications do not independently collect or store:

Optional Forms and User-Submitted Information

Some features, forms, promotions, giveaways, support requests, bug reports, waitlists, promo code requests, beta signups, and feedback submissions offered by NJ App Development are optional and voluntary.

If a user chooses to participate in or submit one of these optional forms or services, we may collect information voluntarily provided by the user, including but not limited to:

Apple App Store and Apple Services

Use of our applications is also subject to the policies, terms, notices, and privacy practices of Apple, the Apple App Store, and related Apple services.

Apple may independently collect, process, or store information for purposes including but not limited to:

  • App Store downloads,

  • subscription management,

  • in-app purchases,

  • payment processing,

  • fraud prevention,

  • device verification,

  • Family Sharing,

  • account authentication,

  • purchase history,

  • App Store analytics,

  • crash reporting,

  • security monitoring,

  • and legal compliance.

NJ App Development does not independently control Apple’s data collection practices and does not independently access data collected by Apple unless explicitly provided by the user through Apple-managed systems.

Third-Party Services

Unless explicitly disclosed within a specific application, our applications do not use:

  • third-party advertising SDKs,

  • third-party analytics SDKs,

  • behavioral tracking technologies,

  • external marketing platforms,

  • or third-party user profiling systems.

Children’s Privacy

Our applications are not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children or minors.

Security

Any voluntarily submitted information is handled using reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure.
